Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026 · Operated by Nicholas Barcenas

By using Aveum, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English because we think that's fair.

What Aveum does

Aveum reads data from your energy devices and accounts to help you save money on your electricity bills. It suggests and automates when to charge your battery, export to the grid, and charge your EV based on live Agile tariff prices.

What Aveum does not do

Your responsibilities

Limitations of liability

Aveum is provided as-is. We are not liable for any financial loss, device damage, or other harm arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to incorrect price forecasts, API outages, or connectivity issues with third-party services.

You use Aveum at your own risk. Always ensure your energy setup is safe and compliant with your network operator's requirements.

Service availability

We aim to keep Aveum available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

Termination

You can stop using Aveum at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Aveum after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
